Customer Responsibility
Daily Maintenance &
Operation – Customer will furnish a qualified operator
and use equipment within its rated capacity. Customer
will ensure that normal daily maintenance is performed
which includes fuel, grease, oil levels, battery
charging & water levels, tire pressures, etc. Machines
are delivered with full fuel tanks. Tanks will be
refilled upon return and there will be a charge for
fuel. Customer will be responsible for any damage to
machine, including tire damage (other than normal wear
and tear), and will be charged a reasonable rate for
parts and labor. Machine is to be returned reasonably
clean. Customer is responsible for calling Halton
Rental to cancel rental of machine prior to the next
rental period. |
